What the experience involves
The Conatvs visit follows the wine from the vineyard into the cellar. Learn about Canary Island grape varieties, growing on sandy and volcanic ground, and the steps from fermentation to bottling. The roughly one-hour experience ends with wine and local products including cheese and olive oil.
